Place mats fiat on grill grate and then place food on top
DO use medium or silicone utensils
DO use wood,plastic or silicone utensils
DO remove mat from grill when cooking is complete
DO NOT use at temperatures above 500F(260C)
Prolonged high or direct flame may damage mat
DO NOT cut food or use sharp objects on mat
