New for 2018, Weber’s porcelain-enameled, cast iron griddle provides grills with the versatility to cook regional specialties including breakfast dishes, proteins, vegetables and even sauces. Semi-gloss enameled surface is easy to clean by either placing a few ice cubes or pouring small amount of water onto a hot griddle and gently scraping away residue. Compatible with Spirit and Spirit II 2 and 3 burner gas grills (replaces one cooking grate).
