Grease Slide Griddle Mod for Blackstone Griddle (Fits 28 inch Blackstone Griddle)

The Grease Slide is a simple modification for the Blackstone Griddles with side grease discharge. It simply slides on the end of the grease trough and changes the drop angle to minimize splatter and reduce the chance of grease and water running down the leg of the griddle.

The Grease Slide is made from 20 gauge stainless steel and is slightly flexible to allow it to fit on the grease trough and allow you to customize the flow off the end of the slide. Simply use your hands or pliers to bend the slide around the end of the grease trough.

Installation instructions:

For 36 inch Griddle:

1.Flex the Grease Slide open
2.Slide it on past the weld spot underneath the grease trough
3.Squeeze it tight

For 28 inch griddle:

1.Flex the Grease Slide open
2.Hook it on the front edge of the grease trough and slide it back.
3.Once it’s past the weld spot underneath the lip of the grease trough, give the Grease Slide a squeeze to tighten it on.
