Infuse your foods with flavor and moisture with just a squeeze. This marinade injector is easier to use than traditional, syringe-style injectors. With one hand, you can fill your Squeeze-N-Flavor and inject your meat with your choice of marinade or liquid. Rubber bulb holds 2.5 oz. of marinade. Delicious, succulent meats have never been so easy. HOW TO USE: Squeeze the bulb of the marinade injector and submerge the probe in your chosen marinade or liquid. Make sure the hole is fully submerged and release the bulb; liquid will be sucked up through the probe and into the bulb. When cooking, pierce your meat with the probe (again, making sure the hole is covered) and squeeze the bulb to push the liquid into your meat. When transporting, hold the marinade injector with the prongs elevated to avoid dripping, while still taking care to avoid poking yourself with the sharp points. To clean, squeeze out any remaining marinade and then remove the rubber bulb. Push the bulb away from the handle and depress the small red tab to disconnect it. Pull the bulb’s opening away from the probe’s opening. Wash all parts by hand in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry immediately. Not dishwasher safe. To replace bulb, first align the opening with the probe’s opening, then press the bulb into the handle, aligning the red tab with the slot in the handle. Push until it snaps into place.
