We have listened to all our customers. We added a low temperature alert to monitor decreasing temperatures. Well suited for yogurt making, smoker heat monitoring, brewing, candy making etc. We have increased increased the monitoring intervals, so give faster readings. We have also increased the size of our LCD. We have changed the LCD to an extremely bright LCD with a very big viewing angle. We added a nice bright orange back light for those night cooks. We have improved our accuracy and made sure to only use only high quality components. And we of course added batteries to all of our thermometers.
