Tips: How to repair a gas grill burner?

Firstly you should prepare some tools such as phillips screwdriver, needle-nose pliers and work gloves etc .Pls remember to wear the work gloves before you begin.

These are some steps for your reference :

A.Shut off the gas supply
B.Remove the cooking grates and heat plates
C.Remove the burner by pullingthe cotter pin out of the back of the burner and removing the burner mounting screw
D.Install the new burrner by pusing the new burner into the manifold and reinstall the burner mounting screw and cotter pin
E.Reinstall the cooking grates and heat plates
F.Restore the gas supply
