It keeps vegetables and flaky fish from falling through the grates of the grill, and sauces and marinades stay with your food (vegetables, meats, fish, pizza, kabobs,eggs, you name it) instead of dripping into the grill. The Grill Mat does all this without sacrificing an important barbecue aesthetic: grill marks. It’s thin enough that you can still obtain the perfect grill marks on your foods.

Applications:
1. For food heating:
1) use scissors to cut it any size and shape what you need
2) placed in the pot, pan or other container above
3) put food on the grill mat.
4) After the food cook, wash it with water.
5) can be used repeatedly
2. For Oven:
Oven – on the bottom of the oven or grill .
Steam oven – On the bottom of oven rack, not directly put on the bottom.
Anti-adhesive, it can be used for processing dough
