They are made of heavy duty PTFE and are thin enough to leave a grill mark and a full taste, but thick enough to provide optimum heat resistance and durability.
These grill mats are also great for baking! You can cut into the right size to suit your oven, pan and cookie jars for cooking, baking and frying.
Bake the food evenly at a time to avoid food sticking or charring. It will easily flip and stay intact and cook to perfection. It also prevents food from falling between the grills.

Step guide:
1. Preheat grill and then place the mat on it.
2. Brush a layer of oil on the mat before placing food.
3. Clean the grease on the mat regularly to prevent from getting fire.
Clean-up:
1. Clean immediately after use.
2. Wipe the mat with a clean damp towel when the mat is still warm.
3. Wash the mat by warm soapy water after it cools down.
Notes:
1. Do not put the mat on charcoal directly.
2. Avoid grilling more than 4 pieces of fatty meats (16 oz) per grill mat.
3. Do not use sharp stainless-steel or metal tools (e.g. metal kitchen tongs) on the mat.
4. Do not cut food on the mat.
5. Make sure the mat is at least 5-7 inches from flames as direct fire contact will cause damage.
