• THREE NEEDLES! We give you an 8cm steak needle specially designed for injecting liquid marinade into thin cuts such as steaks and kebabs. Plus there are two 15cm needles – one with 9 holes for even distribution of liquids, and the other with an open end for garlic, herbs and other thicker ingredients. These will penetrate deep into the largest roasts, letting you inject whatever flavor your creativity leads you to! Perfect for injecting brine and Cajun into lamb, beef and poultry.
• THE ONLY unit available using heavy 304 FOOD-GRADE stainless steel for ALL food-facing components – needles, threads, barrel nose, barrel and plunger! Others use cheap material for some of these parts, but we craft them all from 304 stainless steel so.
• EVERYTHING touching your ingredients is 100% food-grade! The finger rings are cast from a premium food-safe alloy. Rest assured the Injector won’t taint your food with harmful metals or start oxidizing after a trip through the dishwasher!
• 4x SPARE SILICON O-RINGS! The injector uses food-grade silicon O-rings to form a pressure-tight seal around the plunger and the end of the needles during operation. Over time these wear out and it’s nigh impossible to find another just the right size, shape and material as an aftermarket part. It saves you the hassle and expense of replacing your whole injector when the O-rings starts leaking by giving you two spare O-rings for the plunger and another two for the needles!
